In a 12 oz glass filled with ice

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Hibiscus Gin

0.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Currant Liqueur 

½ lime squeezed

10 drops hibiscus + yuzu bitters

Q tonic to the top

Lime wheel garnish

Pink pony club

Built in a 16 oz glass

Place 3 triangle pieces of grapefruit in the glass with a sphere ice cup holding them in place

Top with regular ice

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Hibiscus Gin

1 full lime squeezed

10 drops grapefruit hibiscus bitters

10 drops rhubarb sea salt bitters

Top with grapefruit soda
