In a 12 oz glass filled with ice

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Hibiscus Gin

0.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Currant Liqueur 

½ lime squeezed

10 drops yuzu bitters

Q tonic to the top

Pink Pony Club

Built in a 16 oz glass

Place 3 triangle pieces of grapefruit in the glass with a sphere ice cup holding them in space

Top with regular ice

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Hibiscus Gin

1 full lime squeezed

10 drops grapefruit hibiscus bitters

10 drops rhubarb sea salt bitters

Top with grapefruit soda

Jammie Dodger Martini

In a shaker with ice

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Hibiscus Gin

1 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur

0.5 oz Raspberry syrup

Dollop of egg foam

Shake well

Fine strain into a 9oz class, rimmed with raspberry syrup and graham cracker dust

Top with egg white foam, and sprinkle more graham cracker dust
