Pumpkin Spice Vodka Cocktails

PUMPKIN PIE CHAI

in a metal shaker with ice

1.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Pumpkin Spice Vodka

2 oz DONA chai (unsweetened)

0.5 oz Tree Juice vanilla maple syrup

1 dash cinnamon

3 drops black walnut bitters

1.5 oz half and half

shake well

pour into 12oz glass

top with whipped cream

hot PUMPKIN CHAI

warm and froth together:

4 oz DONA Chai

6.5 oz milk

pour into a large mug, then add:

1.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Pumpkin Spice Vodka

3 dashes black walnut fig bitters

0.5 oz maple syrup 

big sprinkle of pumpkin spice

sprinkle of pumpkin spice on top

Not so Basic

in a metal shaker with ice

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Pumpkin Spice Vodka

2 oz cold brew

3 dashes black walnut bitters

1/2 oz sweetened condensed milk

shake well

pour into 12oz glass

top with whipped cream and drizzle of Supreme Soft Serve Smoked Maple Bourbon Caramel

Sweater Weather

in a large mug

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Pumpkin Spice Vodka

2 Harney and Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice tea bags

1 oz maple syrup

6 dashes black walnut fig bitters

1/2 lemon

dash of cinnamon

add hot water with about an inch of room

let steep for 2 minutes

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Iced Cocoa

in a metal shaker

2 tablespoons hot cocoa powder

1 scoop Nutella

add a bit of boiling water to mix, about an inch (BE CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH THE BOTTOM OF THE SHAKER, IT WILL BE HOT!)

1oz Cooper’s Daughter Pumpkin Spice Vodka

1.5 oz half and half

pinch of salt

Dash of cinnamon

shake well with a lot of ice

pour into 12oz glass rimmed with Nutella

top with whipped cream

 

Pumpkin spice Old Fashioned

in a rocks glass

1 tsp maple sugar

Add a drop of Cooper’s Daughter Pumpkin Spice Vodka to the maple sugar and brûlée glass with a handheld butane torch or grill lighter.

5 oz fresh apple cider

pour into a large mug, then add:

3 dashes black walnut fig bitters

half a lemon squeezed

0.5 oz Supreme Soft Serve Smoked Maple Bourbon Caramel

stir well

pumpkin spice mule

in a 12oz glass with ice

1/2 fresh apple cider

1/2 lemon squeezed

15 drops cardamom blueberry bitters

top with Q Ginger Beer

garnish with lemon wheel and Luxardo cherries

1 oz Cooper’s Daughter Back Walnut Liqueur

4 oz Ronnybrook Farm Eggnog

2 dashes of pumpkin spice

shake well

strain into 9oz cup

garnish with dollop of whipped cream

Gingerbread hot chocolate

in a large mug

2 heaping tablespoons of hot cocoa mix

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Pumpkin Spice Vodka

2 shakes of cinnamon

½ oz ginger syrup

hot water leaving an inch of room

stir well

add mini marshmallows, whipped cream, and cinnamon to garnish
