1/2 lemon squeezed

top with limeade

garnish with edible flowers or a lemon wheel

1 whole lemon squeezed

1 oz peach syrup

top with seltzer

garnish with slice of lemon

1/2 lemon squeezed

10 drops habanero & lime bitters

shake well

Charoset Old Fashioned

in a 9 oz glass with a large ice cube

1.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rhubarb & Honey Vodka

0.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur

0.5 oz Hetta Glögg

6 dashes of black walnut bitters

garnish with Luxardo cherries and orange peel

In a large mixing cup with ice

2.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rhubarb & Honey Vodka

0.5 oz Re’al Pepper Medley Syrup

1 lime squeezed

3 dashes habanero lime bitters

5 drops rhubarb & sea salt bitters

Pinch of Maldon smoked salt

shake well

pour into a 9 oz glass rimmed with smoked salt

10 drops habanero lime bitters

top with Q Ginger Beer
