1 oz peach syrup

top with seltzer

1 oz Cooper’s Daughter Raspberry & Black Pepper Liqueur

1/2 lemon squeezed

10 drops habanero & lime bitters

top with ginger beer

garnish with lemon or edible flower

in a metal shaker with ice

1/2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Currant Liqueur

1/2 oz Weathertop Farms Blackberry Lavender Shrub

1 lime squeezed

shake well

pour into 9oz glass rimmed with salt

Charoset Old Fashioned

in a 9oz glass with a large ice cube

0.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur

0.5 oz Hetta Glogg

6 dashes of black walnut bitters

garnish with Luxardo cherries and orange peel

top with Q Ginger Beer

1/2 lemon squeezed
